You will need to pay a deposit to hold your place as numbers will be limited. Places will be reserved on a strictly first come first served basis.
Courses will be offered for beginner, intermediate and advanced students. Please telephone or email for further information.
Beginner courses 6 weeks duration Price £75.00 per person for 6 sessions at Three Rivers and Stock Brook.

Before taking part in a pole dance session you will be asked to fill in a fit to exercise questionnaire and an informed consent form. We can post these to you, for you to fill in and save time later, or you can do this at the beginning of the session. Please remember to come early to avoid wasting valuable lesson time in filling out forms.
Please email for 1 2 1 sessions. These can be arranged at 3 Rivers or provided in our private pole studio. Private lessons are a great way of developing your pole skills faster and overcoming any shyness about taking part in a group session.
