Jessica Smith is founder of Pole Heaven and has complete passion and respect for this amazing art form. She is still learning new and challenging moves to improve the quality of her teaching. Her aim is to give her students a commited and uplifting class which will ignite their enthusiasm, as her's was when she very first made contact with the pole. The main objective is to teach Pole Dance in a safe and effective manner and all measures are taken to ensure the students health and wellbeing at all times.
Jessica learned basic pole moves herself at home, as there were no classes on offer in her local area at that time. As a few courses did become available, she took every opportunity she could to study with different instructors, many of whom were of the highest calibre. Here, she learnt her art. Since then she has never looked back, regular practice sessions enable her to polish her performance and continue to learn. Pole dance is unique and offers something for everyone, whether you just want to do some sensual dance moves or really tackle the acrobatic nature of the inverted spins and poses. Its your choice and you will find the courses fun and rewarding. It is also a nice time to bond with each other as the group really does come together in support of one another. You will make friends there that you keep in touch with for years to come.
Hen parties and birthdays etc can also be arranged by Pole Heaven. This is a great way to get everyone in the party mood. Champagne can be supplied and two hours of pole instruction to get your party performing a basic routine that will be remembered long after the nuptials have been taken!
